No clickable links inside emails
Email links do not open from inside Simply Sorted Mail. If you decide a link is trustworthy, open your regular mail app and choose it there.
Simply Sorted MailA calmer way to manage email
Your inbox, simply sorted.
A safer way to read and organize iCloud Mail and Microsoft email accounts, including Outlook.com, Hotmail, and MSN. Simply Sorted Mail intentionally keeps email links from being clickable, helping protect you from accidentally opening a scam or malware website.

A safer view of email—not a replacement for your regular mail app.
Simply Sorted Mail is a security-focused companion for reading, sorting, and cleaning up email. It deliberately leaves out some features found in a traditional email app so an accidental tap cannot take you somewhere unsafe.
No contacts list
Simply Sorted Mail does not import or display your contacts list. It focuses on messages already in the email account you connect.
Not an email server
The app connects your device directly to your email provider. We have no developer-controlled mail servers and do not receive or store a copy of your mailbox.
Clear, manageable batches
The app displays up to 200 regular messages at a time and up to 50 Junk or Spam messages at a time. Refresh to continue with the next batch.
Sort with confidence
Choose folders, create new ones, and review every move before it happens.
Clean up safely
Mark messages for recoverable Trash, then keep anything you change your mind about.
Keep useful details
Prepare replies in Apple Mail and add reviewed events with write-only Calendar access.
A promise, not a promotion
No ads. No subscriptions. Ever.
Simply Sorted Mail is one straightforward purchase—not another monthly bill. It does not contain ads. Simply Sorted Mail was designed with your privacy in mind. Your mailbox data stays between your device and your email provider. No copy is received or stored by Simply Sorted Mail, and we will never sell it.
Built around your approval
Your mail is not our product.
Simply Sorted Mail connects directly to iCloud Mail or your Microsoft email account from your device. Your mailbox information stays between your device and your email provider; Simply Sorted Mail does not receive or store a copy. We never sell your information, show ads, or track you across apps and websites.
