Using Simply Sorted Mail
You may use Simply Sorted Mail for personal, lawful email management on supported Apple devices and with accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for protecting your device and provider accounts and for reviewing every action before approving it.
Your control over mailbox actions
The app is designed around mark, review, and approve. You remain responsible for the choices you approve, including moving mail, creating folders, placing messages in Trash, rescuing messages from Junk or Spam, and using unsubscribe mechanisms. Trash is intended to be recoverable, but recovery and retention periods are controlled by your email provider.
Replies and Calendar
Simply Sorted Mail may prepare information for Apple Mail or Apple Calendar. Apple Mail controls the final recipient, sending account, and Send action. Calendar events are added only after your approval. You are responsible for reviewing the final details.
Google and Apple services
The app depends on services provided by Google and Apple. Their availability, account rules, security checks, storage limits, and retention practices are outside our control and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Purchases and refunds
Simply Sorted Mail is offered as a one-time app purchase, without advertising or a recurring subscription. App purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and refund procedures. Simply Sorted Mail does not receive your payment-card information.
No misuse
You may not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass provider safeguards, access another person’s mailbox without permission, use the app unlawfully, or redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Service availability
We work to keep Simply Sorted Mail safe and useful, but no software or email service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep important information backed up through your email provider and review consequential actions before approval. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms to improve features, safety, or compliance. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a material change requires your consent, we will provide appropriate notice.
